Design modifications are allowed up to 30%.

You may increase the price based on other people’s commissions.

Gifting is allowed, and the recipient cannot resell, but they may OTA, EO, or trade for something of equal non-monetary value.

Using the design for CS (Closed Species) or OS (Open Species) is strictly prohibited.

Only one owner is allowed per design.

The design cannot be used for NFTs or anything that results in multiple ownerships, including commercial use (unless specifically permitted).

Creating stickers, keychains, or other merchandise for sale is allowed only with commercial rights,and prior notice is required.

A 30% deposit is required within 24 hours.

The payment plan period will be as agreed, and the final due date must be before midnight (GMT+7). Please check the time carefully.

Weekly payments are required, with a minimum of $20 each week.

Every payment must be over $20.

Smaller and frequent transfers cause me to lose more in fees, so please follow this rule.

If you cancel the plan, only the amount excluding the 30% deposit will be refunded.

A cancellation without a valid reason will result in a BL (blacklist) as it wastes my time.

All payments must be sent from the same account used for the first transaction.

I cannot accept payments from different accounts. This is to avoid potential financial issues, especially with large or frequent transfers.

A deposit of 40% is required upfront before starting the project (depending on the chosen scale).

I do not accept themes involving insects or animals with more than 4 legs. (However, gore/bloody themes are accepted!)

For a clear design brief, it’s highly recommended to include a moodboard, color palette, and specific props or elements you'd like.

After the deposit is paid, you’ll receive a sketch design within 1–2 days.

Once the design and colors are confirmed, the remaining balance can be paid in full or split into two 50/50 payments.

First 5 edits are free. Additional edits will be +$3 per revision (this does not include redesign fees).

Highly detailed designs (such as props, plushies, large accessories, etc.) will have an added cost of $5–$20, depending on complexity.

Commercial rights: You are allowed to use the design for VTuber , but reselling or packaging the design as a Vtuber pack is strictly not allowed unless a commercial fee is paid (+$120 flat fee, applies to all scale).

I also offer character outfit design, but please note the art will still be fullbody, not just the outfit alone.
